WARRANTY POLICY


1. Warranty Coverage


Welcome to the Tourcase Warranty Policy. Tourcase, operated by Premier Luggage Enterprise, offers a warranty exclusively to the first purchaser or gift recipient ("you" and "your") of our travel gear and accessories ("Product(s)"). The duration of the warranty is specified on the product’s hang tag or on our website, www.tourcase.in ("Warranty Period").


2. Defects and Damages


Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur with your Product during the Warranty Period (collectively, "Covered Defects"), we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it in accordance with the warranty terms. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, pets, exposure to extreme conditions, solvents, acids, unusual exposure to water, normal wear and tear, airline damages, or color fading over time.


3. Airline Damages


Any damage incurred during transit is not covered under this warranty. Claims for such damages must be directed to the airline or relevant transportation authority. Tourcase will not accept claims for airline damages under any circumstances.


4. Service Centres


Repairs under warranty must be performed by an approved Tourcase customer service center ("Service Centre"). Repairs by unauthorized agents will void any future warranty claims. For the purposes of this policy, "Service Centre" refers to entities authorized by Tourcase.


5. Warranty Coverage


- Damage to Accessories:If any part of a Product, such as wheels, handles, or locks, exhibits Covered Defects within the Warranty Period, we will send the necessary parts to you and provide video instructions for installation.

- Cracks in Shell:For rare cases where the Product’s shell cracks due to Covered Defects, we offer replacement services within India at any Service Centre.

- Zipper/Stitching Issues:We offer repair services for zipper or stitching issues within India at any Service Centre if they arise from Covered Defects.


6. Repair or Replacement


Tourcase will determine whether the issue is a Covered Defect. If confirmed, we will cover repair or replacement costs. If the Product is unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable item, and you will be responsible for any price difference.


7. Limited Warranty Value


The warranty is limited to the value of the Product and valid only for the Warranty Period. Specifications for Covered Defects may change without notice.


8. Non-Warranty Repairs


Repairs for Products not covered under warranty will be at your expense.


9. Locks TSA/Non-TSA


Locks on our Products are designed to prevent accidental opening but may not prevent theft or unauthorized access.


10. Legal Disclaimer


Disputes arising from this policy are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.


11. Limitation of Liability


Tourcase’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. Our monetary responsibility is capped at the amount you paid for the Product, including any discounts or offers.



13. Responsibility for Delays


Tourcase, its dealers, and representatives are not responsible for delays in repair or replacement due to exceptional circumstances or unavailability of parts.


14. Right to Amend Terms


Tourcase reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Changes will be updated on our website, www.tourcase.in.

This policy outlines the warranty terms, Product care, and your responsibilities regarding our Products. The warranty may be revoked at Tourcase’s discretion, and different terms may apply to corporate and bulk orders, which will be provided separately.
