These Terms of Use and Policies are governed by Indian law. For disputes, Mumbai courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Mumbai. International arbitration rules apply to orders outside India.
